Our signature full-day Tetebatu tour: walk through emerald rice terraces with views of Mount Rinjani, stop at a local house for a traditional coffee and spice tasting (cloves, nutmeg, cacao and coconut oil), cool off with a swim at a hidden waterfall, then finish with a wildlife walk through the Black Monkey Forest.
Visit three craft villages in East Lombok: Pringgasela for traditional Sasak sarong hand weaving, Penakak for clay pottery (gerabah) making, and Loyok for bamboo craft. At each stop, watch the artisans at work and try your hand at the craft yourself.
Full-day trip to Lingsar Temple, Banyumulek pottery village and Sukarara weaving village, finishing with a soft trek to the twin waterfalls of Benang Stokel and Benang Kelambu inside Mount Rinjani National Park.

About Your Guide
My name is Ardiyan, but everyone here just calls me Yan. I was born and raised in Tetebatu, a small village at the foot of Mount Rinjani, in a family of rice farmers — walking these fields, forest trails and river banks since I was a child. This land raised me, and I know it the way you know the back of your own hand.
I started as a porter on Mount Rinjani in junior high school, learning every turn, viewpoint and season the mountain goes through. Over the years I taught myself English on the trail, and the porter boy became a guide who knows Tetebatu inside out — not as an outsider showing you around, but as someone sharing the place that raised him.
Today I run Tetebatu Fun Tour Guide so more travelers can experience Lombok close to the land, the people and the nature I grew up in. Every trip you book also supports my family and the local guides around me. Walk with me, and you’ll see Tetebatu not just as a destination, but as a home.
